Can you buy resources like pots or sand and use them? I always though general stores and buyable things with points were apart of ironman.

you can buy stuff from most shops, but if they allowed you to use nmz point to just buy herb boxes and crafting supplies, thats all ironman mode would do. they want irons to do slayer, not afk in nmz all day.
