That's too elaborate for me man. Just toss some tenderizer and BBQ salt on, slap it on a grill, wait 'til adequately cooked (medium rare), and bam, steak ready for Bacon.

Dang now I want some steak.

lol throw it on a hot plate, salt pepper ofc, and set to 8 minutes on high :drool:

Sounds delicious. I occasionally make steak au poivre with cognac, cream, peppercorns and mustard

sounds good for pasta. just missing clams / clam juice. But steak? thats just weird.

Nah it works well, i originally started making it for corned beef, turns out its good with anything.
