Either use the Support system built into the RuneScape website, or you can try their Twitter.

yeah I cant find a way on their support systwm to like type a letter.

What exactly are you having issues with?

Should be able to just go through the options on the site and submit a ticket either through your account after logging in or submitting an account recovery form through their options if it's login issues you're experiencing.

e/ Their Twitter is one of the better ways of getting in touch with them if you wanted to go that route btw. I linked their Twitter above.
