The old guard will remember me as Carpe_Diem, the short, fat, shittalker that never saw any noteworthy progress. It's been a few years.

I'm still fat, but I'm a few years older, soon-to-be divorced, seeing someone new, and with a kid due in November. Born-again in my faith, and never been happier.


I'm picking up my first bicycle in 15 years tonight. The plan is to get serious about that, and I will be including yoga for flexibility and mobility. I will be posting updates as time goes on, and eventually will have a progress thread started up.

Any of the old guard in here still?


Also, the name will be changed back in February. I lost a name change bet in the Football sub for the Super Bowl. Kind of embarrassing, but oh well.
