Being sore isn't being injured, so you don't have to 'heal' when you're sore...

just dont be a pussy and lift weights, stop over thinking it.

Eh, when you first start, I would give yourself some recovery time, more than normal.
As you pick up the pace, you will not have that same kind of muscle fatigue. Or that's what I've noticed.

I know whenever I stop working out and go back to it, my first leg day back, i usually struggle with stairs for like 3-4 days. Lol.

Recovery is good. Listen to your body.
That helps you prevent unnecessary injuries. Injuries will only push you further away from your ultimate goals.

You need to be specific. There is different types of sore.
If just your standard muscle soreness from training especially when green then yes train through it.
Warming up and warming down will make a difference on your recovery.

Heard Dave palumbo say if you're sore your muscles haven't fully repaired and you shouldnt be working them out again. He knows more than any 6 people on this sub forjm combined so I'd go with him

once you train through pain your muscles will warm up and stretch and you wont be feeling soreness anymore. In my case i feel even stronger and more motivated when i am sore
