Hello,
I'm looking for a food processor to cut carrots, beets, etc, into real Julienne style.
I want to make poke/buddha's/saladvegetables/w/e bowls
I don't want to hand knife cutting as I'm too lazy and impatient for that but still want to eat those goodies.

Any recommandations? As to which one can do that, and if there's also other features for other things I'll appreciate the feedback.

Thank you

https://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/oxo-chefs-steel-mandoline/ <-------------------- This one is a little pricey but should last a long time and perform well.

They do have cheaper options around $10 though.

Youtube has some good video's on how to really cut anything in any which way, either Julienne style or anything else you are really looking for.
That and school is where I learned how to cut things different ways.

I'm late to the party but if you're looking for a good mandoline I love my Swissmar Borner V-1001
They make a great gift too.
