just to inform you, powerstone of courage is better then "seal of the emperor",

powerstone: recharge all skills / remove all DP / give 10% moral boost (full party)
seal: recharge all skills / give 10% moral boost / doesnt remove all DP (only yourself)

so i wouldn't advice to pay to much for those

Seal is "stronger" for certain uses. 10% morale boost and recharges all skills. Up to 7 times if you have 60% DP. I mean to use this in very specific scenarios.
