I understand how FCR affects warcries, but ... do barb singers really need to be singing that fast? how often are you casting warcries into combat? I've always thought about them as a pre-combat buff. So... why are people paying so much for FCR barb gear?

It's for bvc not singer, fcr is needed to tele faster

Pure singer will use 5-6 warcry helm and they still need 105fcr, it's more of a fun build though

The put that much in FCR, just to teleport with their enigma build, in order to player kill a little bit faster and a little bit better? Huh. These things never occur to me. I like playing barbs, and my basic strategy is "I click **it and it dies"

Its very nice for faster looting with item find, faster cast rate to get the second break point (at 20fcr) is totally worth it. Also if u have an enigma barb its a good thing.
