Do I need to Update drivers on everything that’s listed in device manager or is it in the mobo bios update included?

first issue: bios is showing me 2100mhz not 3200.
how do I fix this? its definitely in the right slots/sockets

A-XMP is disabled I guess? but I went to bios settings -> oc -> memory set from auto to 3200mhz
and now it gives me the 3200mhz

XMP tries to read the settings from the ram.
Either way works, dialing in manually though is best option always.
