You’ll see more with higher intensity over volume..

I’d do 3x10-15 @65-75%.. But there’s no magic workout honesty, they’d both work fine.

been doing 3x15 for almost everything but bench
was doing pyramide... (155-175-195-215-195-175-155) x8

put down the fork fatty. try varying your days instead of just doing some shit ass hypertrophy every fucking session. A) Hypertrophy B) power C) strength rinse and repeat. shit aint hard homie.

I agree with the first statement, but 10-15 reps is not high intensity

Neither is better. You won’t gain muscle with either or it’ll be minimal but you may be able to gain strength with 5x5.
