DHT isn't as important as test in adult men. Saying it's the most potent androgen is only one part of the truth. It's concentration varies from tissue to tissue due to metabolical reasons.

Most people don't get sexual problems from finasteride and a probably significant proportion of those few who get might have another reason behind their sexual dysfunction. Stress too much and you'll lose the boner. Doesn't matter if it's the balding you're stressing about or finasteride.

Yeah, so the funny thing about being italian: my grandfather had a full head of hair and I was lucky enough to get that. My dad is a pretty hairy dude, but bald on top. I was lucky enough to not get his gorilla chest, back, or arm hair. The bad thing tho is that I can't grow facial hair at the age of 28.

My sister, on the other hand, got all my dad's hair and can grow a thicket mustache than I.

I think it's the demodex mites that eat the hair root. There is also fungi that cause dandruff. Exposure to these micro organisms for too long may be causing baldness. It is possible that the skin on the head may not be as strong due to genetics. Therefore, for some people baldness occurs at an early age. However, my theory is that baldness will not occur if the scalp is aided against these micro organisms.

I used sulfur soap. It seemed to slow the baldness down. I also used ketacanazole shampoo to kill the fungus.

Thanks for the answer, tried nizoral few time and made my scalp irritated and itchy since then even leaving me with some dandruff ( even tho its supposed to be against it). Ordered a new one with keto and it seem gentle on my scalp. I'l look for sulfur soap.

As for dht blocking... dont think im willing to take that risk, considering some people took that pill once and were left with effect for years. NN to loose erection in the years where girls are the hottest. fml
