High rolls give patch immunity. If a patch has changes to its cooldown up to 11 seconds you would still be in range (current is 8 and highly cunlikely, max realistic gamble would be -1 or +1-2 seconds).
Zbuild ready if planning on running wall runes (non monster penetration besides Phasebeasts etc., and get pushed out the circle due to wall spam). Ias dagger included or seperate if offer is posted. For increased attack speed from dagger, 8 second cooldown should increase overall base dps and speed by (scribbles down pro dps math) #% from spamming per second versus every 8 as well as zbuild spam for teamates.
