I had them pulled on the 4th(about 100hrs ago) and when I flex my gums I'm starting to hear noises. Kind of like a stitch snapping... It happens when I feel a big burst of blood in my gums and if I open my mouth during the increased blood pressure I can hear/feel a small snap. Is it likely that they're dissolvable stitches and they're dissolving or that it's my bone is just moving into place of the pressure to form a stronger ridge?

Definitely dying man sorry to inform you, but I'm a dentist. If you hear this noise 48 hours from now you're alive.
