Getting low scores on unigine heaven and only like 70 fps in league of legends
Same problem I had when I first built it about a year ago now
Jist of it is R5 1600 and a 1070 mobo is a b350-i

What's monitor resolution and refresh?
Game settings?
What's you're ram speed at?
Specifically what B350 mobo?
GFX card driver?
Speccy screenshot?

As in I'll know what to look for and post
And monitor is 144hz @ 1080p msi mgc2 or something like that all I can remember as far as hardware specifics
