What is the best melee build?

I would like to try something other than frost blades. Though screen clearing is sexy :P


Cheap to get started would be nice

Shattering steel, stack lightning damage, wrath, herald of ice and thunder, 15 abyssal jewels with lightning damage life and crit multi.
Its pretty much ranged though :D

reminds of shadow impale from diablo 3. i love it. ill give that a try :)
