i wanna start hardcore from scratch which would be best char to start off with i wanna try and do all quest and get all wps and use what i find

Assassin is a pretty safe pick for hc. If you're solo I'd suggest that over anything. Summon necro can get it done as well. Biggest thing with hc is just know you're gonna get a fucked up combination of debuffs or buffs on enemies and likely get 1 shot. Be constantly ready to save and exit

summon necro is pretty safe to play and nice for selffound, but slow

its only something i can do in my spare time i was debating between necro sorc or barb

sorc is squishy, barb is very equip dependent on hell imo

i'd go for nec, can do hell without gozu equip and you have many blockers protecting you
