Tbh rather of seen no trailer than that lol. Always been a ghostbusters fan but a third movie with the original cast at this point would just be dumb and ruin the classics.

Given that it'll have nothing to do with the last one and be set in the same universe as the first 2, it's already got a lot going for it, heh.

That's what I'm thinking. Who knows, maybe they'll fuck it up super bad, but it's already a giant plus over the garbage womanized trash reboot they went with. After that and Ocean's 8 failing, hopefully Hollywood will fuck off with these all female reboots. I got nothing against an all female leading cast, but make it an original fucking movie. Look at Bridesmaids, that shit was hilarious, I was rolling laughing on that. You don't gotta steal a good male movie to make a good female movie, just make good shit and leave shit that's already good alone.

I think a GB movie could be good if they try to do what Logan did. Logan was a sequel to X-men but it was also a different type of movie than the pure action flicks of X1/X2 etc.

If they continue the original GB story with a huge time jump and "grow it up a bit" then I think it could appeal to the people who were fans of the originals. But if they just to try regurgitate another CGI-fest, then it will be an attempt to reach both audiences (young and old) but end up appealing to no one. That's pretty much the formula for reboots these days.
