Tried another wep to see if DPS went up now I can't even equip original wep cuz not enough intelligence (DOH!!!).

Apparently your original weapon gives enough intelligence to keep the item on. Just put another item (such as ring or amulet) which gives enough intelligence to equip your weapon, then remove the stat item.

if you swap bye exident, you need to equip the dex/int/str item again to equip weapon again after weaponswap
