For league start I'd suggest Vortex dot occultist, go life + mom + phase accrobatics , enfeeble + temp chains
It just scales so well once you picked every cold damage over time multi on tree you can go all in ehp. Respec later if you want to ES / CI but honestly not necessary, 6k hp 1k mana 2k ES on eldritch battery with curses feels safe
