Last Wish was added with the Ladder-Only runewords introduced 1 year after patch 1.10. The 'patch' was still known as 1.10 and there was no official '1.10b' update. The first ladder started with the release of 1.10 on October 28, 2003, the second ladder started on July 7th, 2004, but around the end of the year 2004 halfway into the second season, another set of ladder-only runewords was introduced. The third ladder started with another reset and patch 1.11 in august 2005, and after that the game got no more runewords.
