It's all the same parts. They're charging you 1500$+ to build it, when you can bring all those parts to a computer guy near you and he'll do it for 200$ or so.
Actually, my list is probably a lot better than what you're using too.
Its a really common misconception that buying parts is worse than a whole PC, because if something breaks on your PC you have to cover the shipping in as a whole. Also all these "gaming" pc companies are just scams, we used to own a LAN center for gaming and we sold "gaming" pcs for 2-3x their worth.
If you buy parts, just keep the box and receipts. GTX replaced my GPU 2 years after my purchased because it went out after I overclocked it.
