You need to have all possible orbs BEFORE you start pooling ALL of your Elder Influence into RED Maps (T11-T15!) Note that I left out T16. Getting those influenced will spawn Uber Elder and that's NOT WHAT YOU WANT AT ALL.

Follow zana questline.If u have hidden questlines u can open it from options.

Its like :

1-5 fragments run "specific map"
5-10 fragments run elder influence "tier x" yellow map
10-15 fragments run elder influence map in red map (u need to spawn elder and guardiansat red tier map)
After that kill shaper guardians and shaper to get elder orb

Its easy If u follow zana questline which u see right of ur screen on game
