How important is 6/4 over 7/4 frames?

Trying to figure out if 100 ias naga (5 shael 1 hel) or knout (5 shael) is worth using so that I can get by w/o using stat charms. I contemplated using ik gloves but I feel like the loss of fhr from bfist will outweigh the extra stats.

Saving an extra starting frame is absolutely not worth it if you're giving something up for it.

yeah when it comes to zeal/fury the incoming frame isn't worth giving up just about anything for it.

Another question is it worth using min or max damage/ stat jewels over say 2x 23 maxers? I use peace as armor so only 2 jewel slots. That way I can save life but still be able to use my war boots otherwise I'd need to find some battle boots to sub in.

My opinion is that fury does plenty of damage regardless and the main issues are frw to catch people and life to survive long enough to catch them.
If you found a jewel that had, for example, 18 max/9 dex I would use that over a 23 maxer. I would not use a 6str jewel or a 12 min jewel over a 23 maxer.

Idk I always liked naga for mine. I have a cutless of blah blah too but it's alot less dmg for the life. I also never tried 5shael/1hel though.

I realized that if I switch to 10 fhr boots I can use ik gloves and 1x 5 fhr sc and still hit bp, just a shame my only 30/10 war boots are shitty compared to my none 10 fhr ones :/ I still find myself low on health I do use gcs though and lots of frw, its very budget charm wise.

Yea, my war boots don't have 10fhr (they were upped) so I hear you on that.

I used to like 6/4 a lot more than 7/4 until I got my cutlass, where only 7/4 is possible. Since Fury is interruptable, it's not just about a 1 frame difference - getting past that first attack into the 4 fpa ones before you get interrupted in really helpful. It depends on the match though, I would think that an Eth rune would sometimes outweigh a Shael.
