No he hasn't been buffed in a minute, just the only useful adc right now lol.

I like playing adcs who can hard shove or make plays in this meta. sivir and ashe are underrated right now.

interestingly Twitch seems to have the highest win rate in the role in Plat+ (which is basically 90% plat games but still), I swear the few I see always get bodied and only do good if they farm to late.
