also I would suggest if you can do closer to 1500 pick up a used 1080ti and maybe a 2k /ips/144hz monitor.
mouse and keyboard a personal preference so I'd highly suggest you try a few out in store or buy a real mech keyboard at very least.
ebay has oem windows 10 keys for 5$. can make the iso/usb from their free tool.
