I was told that the Microsoft arc wireless mouse doesn’t work / detect on applle’s Macbook so here I am

apples wireless unfortunately is the only thing that won't get you into hot water.

sry hot water i.e. what? you mean malfunctions, teether disconnections etc?

Apple is sadly only perfectly compatible with Apple... :#
You will indeed get malfunctions pretty often and disconnections if you don't go with apples wireless.
That's the best of my knowledge, sorry :(
