Lag? Latecy drops....Ping issues. Current Company = Spectrum

need info. Spectrum as a company is fine.

Wired, i play a multiple of games and have the same issue on every game i dont think thats the issue however my upload speed is horribleas it is suppose to be 100 download and 10 upload.

I replaced the modem and router today too.

Looks like ISP issue, you have ~15 ping at 1k miles, but 55 at under 50. They might be doing maintenance. How long has this lasted?

It's a constant ongoing issue, I just finally got frusterated over it.

Call ISP and ask WTF going on. You might be on hold for 30 minutes, but there's not much we can tell you. If you've already got aftermarket modem/roouter and you're on wired, there's no more hardware fixes you can take care of.

they coming to check everything out on saturday hopefully they "fix" it or ill go to another isp provider.

Only one I know of t hat's consistently better is verizon/xfinity, unless you decide to pay for fiber.
