I remember when I first heard "i know you are, but what am I?"
Was a real game changer in kindergarden
Telling ppl on the internet that they seem upset is a good one also
The end-game trolling uses enthymemes or statements with an unstated presumption.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EnthymemeSo to give a rudimentary example:
Person 1: "I hope my team makes the finals this year"
Person 2: "But only good teams can make the finals"
The unstated assumption here is that their team is not good--a point that person 1 must briefly acknowledge and accept in order to understand the meaning of person 2's statement.
Obviously the real art here is getting people to become upset with subtle/covert assumptions or to accept them without realizing it. I think Kayeto does this a lot, and I do as well.
