pb [-30 speed] falcata [0 speed]
pb [1 rangeadder]falcata [0 rangeadder]

with exact same stats, a pb would be better by far.

I agree with you, but on the other side:
1. If it is for Zealer speed isn't so important, beacuse you can reach 4 Frame even with this falcata, only need Highlords and IAS jewel in helm/shield.
2. It's like 100 times cheaper.

I do not know much about PvP, so can't really say how 1 more range adder can influence on result.
