How are you guys building him currently? Should I be running klepto with the double proc? I've been having some success with glacial augment on both him and ashe here lately.

Typically rushing BORK into BC, then situational.

I wouldn't go glacial, you should be using PTA.
I can see why you would want to, but if you are playing optimally you want that extra dmg.

If I get a good lead in lane I go bork into phantom into IE into rapidfire cannon. You cement your lead and start doing insane dmg early with crits and when u get 100% crit then you have a lot more sustained damage outside your burst with abilities

When playing Lucian you have to bully in lane.
Rfc > pd in 90% of situations

Bork bc rfc is pretty standard.

Bork er bc is decent in some situations

PTA always unless you play him top into a tank

Just watch QT he plays Lucian a lot and even though he loses every game I watch I still think he’s a decent Lucian player
