Was it overthrowing democratically elected governments and suooorting fascist dictatorships, training terrorists at the School of the Americas, empowering cartel members with the so-callled War on Drugs, invading Panama, bungling the Gulf War, raising taxes... what exactly?
What about the way he handled the end of the cold war - a phase of great instability during which a lot could have gone horribly wrong, but turned out as best as one could have hoped in the end - in no small part due to the prudent leadership of Bush 41, who was the right man at the right time in the right place?
