I have a PHICOMM RouterK3C and my pc is hard wired to the router but if my computer is off my wifi shuts off. Anyone know how to fix this?

Electricity in Hawaii is too expensive to leave my computer on 24/7 plus if I don't leave it locked people can get on and my wifi turns off.

It's not that expensive. If you dont have anything actually consuming power and you set an efficiency power plan, you talking a matter of cents per day to keep the thing booted up.
