Have a few questions, do you still get win of day reward? if so, what do you get?
Also, i'm currently level 30, which was max level back when i played... but i notice i got 500XP for a win i just did.... what do you get from leveling up?

You get win of the day, gives you some XP and Blue Essence, other than that you just get XP for your regular wins and losses, when you level up you get a champion capsule that gives you champ shards that you can disenchant for blue essence.

Mastery score is to display your mastery with a champion, max rank you can level to is 5 and it gives you an emote you can spam. You can also unlock level 6 and 7 (bigger emotes) by getting a few S or higher on your champ rating after every game.

Honor level gives you rewards once in a while for not being a dick as long as you're honor level 2 and higher.

Chests give skin shards/emotes/ward skins and you open them with keys you get from being honorable.

No benefits to ranked right now since season ended, but you usually get end of season rewards for playing ranked.

Bans (at least for me) are :

Top : Aatrox
Jungle : Graves
Mid : Akali
ADC : Ezreal
Support : Pyke

Just playing games and leveling up (so winning since it gives more exp).

Orange essence is used to upgrade skin shards into actual skins
