I spent the actual Veteran's Day hunting Bambi. I didn't go out and look for a free anything for the observance today. I'm content that I served and that others have and continue to do so, other than to hopefully reduce the overall number of combat veterans to an eventual zero. Here's to hoping.

I didn't go hunting for meals either. I was invited by my landlord (also a vet).

This holiday isn't about food...it's about saying thanks to those that served. It's about all who served, those that came before and those that will come after as well. Freedom isn't free. ^^

Having a draft Dodger as commander-in-chief builds a sense of resentment. Many veterans felt the same way about Bill Clinton. There was controversy because Marines didn't salute him when he was boarding Air Force One in an instance (Clinton). In both instances you have a draft dodging rapist who both fucked Hillary. Trump did it better with that electoral dicking though.
