I keep getting pop ups on my google chrome for random ads and stuff while on any website even jsp. I guess its some kind of virus or something

How can I remove this

Chrome > Settings > Advanced (on the bottom of the page) > Content Settings > Notifications > Block (those you don't want)

Or if it's a malware Try using:
Spybot S&D or Malwarebytes

Jsp guides I found might not be up to date, because threads are old, but those are reliable and easy to use

Also might want to check your extensions and plugins for anything erroneous. Type in: chrome://extensions/ in your search bar.

Adblock plus has stopped working on some sites and on current ads and hasn't been fixed yet. No other reason simply it's just a better adblock with constant updates to it with stronger protection. Was a reddit thread about it from a Google rep who broke down the main reasons feel free to search around im at work now cant help you with finding link.

There are no pros with adblock plus, it is easily one of the worst blockers there are today.

If you get advertisements on d2jsp it is malware or a malicious extension, i would get no script and check over your extensions, remove any shady toolbars or anything you do not recognise.
