If God is omnipresent and omnipotent and doesn't prevent kids getting cancer he's a dick.

God with those two attributes could create the end-product of this whole universe cycle instantly without having to go through the requisite pain and suffering.

God decides what is meaningful. It appears he decides that it's meaningful for kids to get cancer and suffer their whole lives when he could have decided differently.

In my book that's a dick. That's a huge huge dick. In fact, he's a bigger dick than any human could possibly be. Like, Hitler doesn't hold a candle to God in this situation, because God knew in advance Hitler would have done what he did, allowed it, then kept allowing everything else on top of that.
