The issue isn't whether God is real or not. The issue lies with sin. By nature humans hate God and will rebel against him. The Israelite's saw all the plagues inflicted on Egypt and saw the parting of the Red Sea. They saw God's power first hand and they had Moses. Yet they still grumbled and tested God.

They were in the best possible position and yet Israel had fallen to sin. What hope do we have if not for Jesus?

Everyone has gods that they worship but there is only one true God. If I met your gods; if I met your idols, then no doubt I would very easily mess with them and thus you will become very mad.

The best way to get someone is to mess with their gods -- their idols. You can make anything into a god but there is only one true God.

I have a personal relationship with the God that I worship. Can you say the same? Can you say that you have a personal relationship with the gods that you idolize?
