Since i'll pull the whole drivetrain out of an golf 4 4motion (partial awd) and adapt that to my astra i'd like some more ground clearence than the usual 1 feet i get from my small hydraulic jack.

how do you do it?

Jack Stands, Car Lift, Pit, some 4x4's if you're feeling frisky.
