Its gay for gaming, really good for buck for other shit.
Dollar for perf means nothing for gamerz when dips are so significant. I rather 8400 and keep my minimum framez

2600x > 8400, even for gaming.

On top of that, new games are using more cores since the days of 4 thread mainstream cups are over.
