imo for a 5/10 you would need a somehow usefull second skill like volcano or shockwave

for top tier youll need adds like oak or at least hurricane like the others have said. pelts like this are solid but just very common by now.

well it needed atleast oak and to consider it as a godly pelt it would have needed 3 ele 3 nado 60 life 3 hurri 2 soc and 1 more usefull add
but in the most cases Diadems>pelts so a pelt in usual is not needed/wasted amount of fgs

Oak can be created legitimately through D2.

i think we had that discussion before. i agree that a diadem setup would be all matchups considered definately the best option if you plan to go with just one setup. yet nothing wrong with having both at hand
and using each where it provides an edge.

Pelt is nice but not top, I would rate it 7/10 anyday tho.
