Assuming level requirement isn't an issue, we would still need to know the specific item you would life to craft before anyone can give exact advice that would require no thought from you... however there are some guides out there including this simply great one which is meant for LLD but has info that is useful for ANY crafter: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=37146632&f=143

I would like to craft rings and ammys. I believe level requirments i can exceed, but thank you guys for your reaponses. There have been a few times i have thought i had a recipe, but it never worked. Never crafted anything before. So any info would be great. Do you use yellow items. Or can you use and yellow or blue item found in a high level area?

Only blue can be crafted. You can gamble them. When gambling, you should be at least lvl94 that you have the best chance to get +2 skills amu. You can also pick up blue amulets from Diablo and Baal.

Gambling and crafting @ character level 93+ guarantees that +2 to <class> Skills/Skill Levels is in the affix pool for every Amulet (the pool from which the affixes are picked).
Gambling @ character level 95+ guarantees, in addition, that +2 to <class> Skills/Skill Levels is in the affix pool for every Amulet (10% chance to gamble Amulet).

Diablo (H) is L94 [86], Nihlathak (H) is L95 [86], and Baal (H) is L99 [82].
Bracketed character level values are sufficient for crafting with Amulet dropped by those three.
