BTW iso opinions/hard facts:

is 121% FRW enough for a plague/bowa or should I get more? (91% glitched frw, 30% non-glitched)

I could gain more but it would be in 3/xx/3 scs so for every 3% frw I'd lose 15 life

I've since decided to just go with scenario A because that way I will reach 800+ life and otherwise I would not. Seems low but I guess nat's boots have high req and kite shield needs 100 dex for mb also. Could eld it for a nice life boost but so far I have eths in it

Could also whistan with eth for a nice life boost and still some mana regen.. Would lose 8-10% magic res/1-4dr/1-3mdr/1socket to gain 75 life. But then there would be no crafted kite style either :'(
