Update:

Has been confirmed there is an investigation going on during the 2 matches of the season 17-18 between Antwerp - Eupen and KV Mechelen - Waasland Beveren.

This is how it went according to the investigation:

KV Mechelen were in a relegation fight alongside Moeskroen.
2 Board members of KV Mechelen approached a board member of Waasland Beveren.
They asked to perform match fixing so that KV Mechelen were sure of getting a victory (they won 2-0).
They also contacted the ref Bart Vertenten to make sure all calls go KV Mechelen's way.
Then they contacted 2 journalists to make sure to give the ref a good score after the match so that it wouldn't look suspicious.

Big story here in Belgium, nothing has been said about the match Antwerp - Eupen however.
