corrected, gerke is kinda easy mode but you lost a lot of flexibility for your build (speed, skill, fhr ...)

why not storm? dr% is kind of a big deal in hc.

Shako and Enigma is already plenty. Storm only helps against physical and makes you vulnerable to casters. It would be too much of a compromise to get decent fcr, life and fhr with storm build. Killing quick and teleporting safely is defencive by itself

I guess that would depend on the rest of the build. Tbh i would either go vita with spirit or mb with storm.

Agree here - as lightning you really want to hit the 117 fcr breakpoint, and if you don't use spirit you have to dedicate too many other gear slots for fcr.

many dangers on pvm are made of low thick damage but a lot of thick, that's why on pvm i prefer a integer reduction.

i'll explain with an exagerate example:

you are hit by a skill that has 20 damage per thick, 50 thick total = 1000 dmg
storm reduce 35% of each thick --> 15*0.65*50 = 650 dmg
gerke reduce 15 damage of each thick --> (20-15)*50 = 250 dmg
