Idk how to improve my character from this point. I can do everything but Uber Elder. I think that is mainly cuz I'm new and dont' have the mechanics yet, but maybe a more balanced character overall would be better?

I'm not sure what sort of items I could get that could influence my item slots in a more advantageous way.

Reave is not tanky so you need to learn the mechanics improve dps and just kite the one shots and dps it down as fast as possible.
On holiday in phone so cant see paste in.
Get as much more multipliers and crit multi as you can get.

Unless you are good at kiting and learn the fight mechanics I'd triple that dps, your ehp is a one shot for all the big windup attacks.

idk how to tripple that dps. I mean it goes up more onc ei use flaks but they aren't always up unless im being a god

also i'm using inspired learnign and unnatural instinct, they don't show up on here

Get better jewels, boots, belt, amulet and you could also get better set of rings or at least get better shaper ring. Your statstick could be improved at some point. Why does that sceptre anyway have local ias over crit mult?

Also, can u keep up frenzy and power charges anyway in uber elder?

U lose about 30-40% of ur dps without them.

I agree on the stack stick. I have changed that recently, it has multi on it now.
I did get a new shaper ring, but I also went abyssus helm because I wanted to get high on having some more dps.
Better boots is possible, but my current currency is like 3 ex so upgrades will have to wait. The jewels won't get much better without me spending several ex on them as well so I'll have to farm for those, but they were already planned upgrades.

As for power and frenzy charges, I can't always keep them up. But it is a lot easier to keep them up during some of the phases, and even if they aren't up my dps overall doesn't suffer too much.\
I only need to be hitting something for them to generate.

Belt upgrade is a good idea though. I think that should be my first slot to upgrade.
