I would say starforge is a good starter before going for an expansive as balls yellow weapon. People aren't even buying underpriced essences, maps, etc..

I have played every league since closed beta, I have about 30 mirrored items and about 70 6 links, if I wanted to play standard I would not need to buy anything, most players are in the same boat, if you have played more than 2 leagues you have all the gear you need on standard.
I have over 300 guardian maps.

@topic, standard isnt 100% dead but pretty much nobody is going to buy shitty items like essences and maps.

also don't be shy to advertise your shit to your buyers, the other day a guy messaged me for a 1ex RF gem, he ended up leaving my ho with 3 more items and 40 less ex than intended
just try to figure out what he's building according to what he's buying, he'll just be happy not having to contact xx more sellers
