So turns out:

50 Att / 99 Str / 99 Range / 95 HP / 70 Def / 74 Pray = 98 CB
51 Att / 99 Str / 99 Range / 95 HP / 70 Def / 74 Pray = 99 CB

However, Its still 3 whole combat levels lower than the 60 Attack accounts, so I will still be fighting in almost an entirely different bracket (I'll be fighting a lot of 95-100 accounts as opposed to 100-105 accounts) so I'll still go for it.

Idk, see where I get today, I could also just get 48 Agility and do the MM RFD quest or something.
