SagittariusA so you'd suggest to max cm or how shall one read your criticism? If monsters with 0 cold res would drop down to -100, monsters with cold res should stil drop down to a decent level..?

I think the majority of sorces pump it all the way to 20. It only becomes more effective the more cold res an enemy has. Unless of course they're immune, then you're screwed.

Hmm.. monsters in Classic have the same resistances as they do in Expansion, right?

Does anybody have a link where the classic monster resistances are listed? Especially for cs hell? :-)
