Back Story: I live in the mid-west, not sure if that has an impact regionally or not but beginning there. I have a 10 month old beautiful baby boy and leading up to his birth I assumed I would have less time to game and excepted that, however I didn't realise how much I would lose interest in gaming and want to spend more time on hobbies that I could possibly share with him. (Not that can't with gaming, but I tend to play immersive RPGs in which I don't tend to be social during or want to be social during) I am wanting to purchase a piano and would like to replace the area in my office with it. So easy choice to just sell it and move on, but I put a lot of time and money into it and I heard electronic can be a pain in the butt to get what you paid for, but would like to try. Not in a rush to sell it or do I need the money in any sort of short time frame really opens my options and would like to hear any ideas on what I should do, Craiglist whole? Ebay? Piece it out? (Dont really want to that much effort into it and would gladly take a larger loss to sell it whole). I will probably copy and paste this into more specific places like r/PCMasterrace or somewhere else when I have more time. Also for what I have been playing mostly (nerd alert) is OSRS and POE both of which run perfectly fine on my laptop.

Setup :
Acer XG270HU (2560x1440) 144HZ Monitor
Red Dragon M801 16400 DPI Mouse (RGB + Removable Weights)
Corsair K68 (MX Cherry)
Windows 10 Prof + Key

Rig :
i7 8700k 6C
Gigabyte Z370P
16 GB (2x 8 BG) DDR4-3000 Ram
256 GB m.2 SSD
1 TB HDD
SeaSonic 550w 80+ Gold PS
EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 TI FTW3 11GB
BR/CD/DVD Read/Write
Cryorig H7
X-Mirage White (Case)

I have all of the original receipts/invoice and purchased everything from Feb 4-28th (Not sure if necessary for manufacture warranties or something.)
I have all of install drives (the cds) for everything (however I plan on just selling it as a clean boot-up with windows 10 64 activated and drivers updated.)

What do you guys think? Where should I try to sell it, what can I expect to get out of it?
I think I paid around 2600~ after taxes for everything and full retail is a bit more.
I was hoping to get around 75-80% out of it to help a little bit with the piano, is there something more realistic?
Any sources to any information would get a nice tip for your help as well.
Also would largely tip if anyone else (with proof) has successful sold something like this for what I want out of it or more.

Posted today on FB and CL @ 2200 waiting to see if I get any offers.

1600 Tops IMO.

Anything without price isn't really worth anything used.
If you bought in Feb, prices of GFX cards and RAM have come down considerably (gpu mining craze has died down); you just aren't going to get even close to your money back.

I bought it for 760 and retails at 800 right now.

and these aren't anywhere close to the return value of these items that I got from r/pcmasterrace so I don't know where you got them. Sources?
Not to mention everything is scratch wear free with minimal use and never ran past 4.3ghz

r/hardwareswap, personal experience. Used pc hardware you can generally expect to get 60-75% in my experience, given it's still current gen stuff (most of this is)

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RNB7yX - This is the PC you just outlined, and it's priced at $2100 NEW... Let that sink in. Warranties, guaranteed no user damage, etc...
If someone offers you 1600, take it and run.

this is the same pc without accessiories or software, slower ram hdd and ssd, with multiple items on 3-5 day sales.

thats not put together, and my items still have warranties just because they are with another user the receipts don't magically become invalid.

your not proving any points by posting a ghetto version of the same pc.

this is basically what I am going to do. and do you mean on the mother board? its not like i wouldn't let the buyer inspect it but coffee lake tends to run extra hot and would prefer to give more breathing room to gpu

Not sure what "accessories" you're talking about that I didn't include, other than a CD drive which no one cares about anymore. Windows 10 is free, $5 to make the watermark go away. HDD could be upgraded for $10 to probably what you have, doesn't change the fact they have shit resale value. You're SSD is not going to be noticably faster than the xpg, that's an nvme SSD. Intel CPUs don't really scale much with ram beyond 2666, and even if it did, it's like $2 to get a 3k stick. And nothing was on sale...
I'm not trying to be a dick but your setup isn't worth 2600 new, let alone 2200 used. If you want it to sell this year, post it at 1750 and take the first offer over 1600
