Yea I been making threads like crazy. My bad just need some solid info lol

My question is, if I stretch this muscle enough, will this extreme tightness go away? Or do I also have to focus on strengthening my pec minor?

I'm well aware I have crazy imbalance and my rhomboids and lower traps are pretty weak so I'm working on improving that. But I dont know if I should strength my pec.

Also just ordered a theracane so hopefully that helps lol, it been affecting my nerve

Work on scap stabilizers.

Fix posture. Tight pec minor is seen with gym bros with rounded shoulders a lot.

Soft tissue mob. You can foam roll or other techniques.

Can never go wrong with lengthening and strengthening

if you can afford it, get an LMT to work on your pecs / shoulders / upper back and scap and it wont take long at all, more recently i have seen alot of improvements not just in myself but a few other guys in my gym too just by getting it worked on a few times so far. using a ball of some kind or an accumobility ball to lean into against something (a door frame / squat rack / post of any kind really) to really get in to that pec will also help more specifically as a warm up or frequently throughout your daily routine.

Stretching the muscle helps as does strengthening the antagonists. I would do pec stretches and avoid training the pec heavily for a while until the upper back catches up. I've had the same problem and i also had costochondritis/Tietze. I strengthened my upper back while "neglecting" the chest for a while and i havent had any chest problems since.
